Did not have cleaning service every day. Poor mattress, very uncomfortable. Lighting in room poor with unaccessible plugs. Pillows were horrible! Charged a 20.00 parking fee. No shower just step in bathtub. Hated room. Do not stay there!

The staff was absolutely wonderful, our room was ready early and we even received a nice welcome bag full of goodies! Great location! The room could’ve used a few updates but it was definitely worth the money.

Tub leaked, carpet needs a deep cleaning, spiders and spiderwebs were in several corners. Breakfast was decent, staff was nice. Upon checking in, I was billed a parking fee that was not mentioned anywhere I saw. We’d stay there again but prefer somewhere nicer with our kids in tow.

The rooms felt neglected. Usual water popping sound from bathroom is very disturbing. And there is a regular trash pickup from parking lot during early morning around 2:00am, that is very disturbing.

Convenient location, having the river right outside of our door was lovely. Very good breakfast with hot food like eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausages, and pancakes along with things like cereal, bagels, and yogurt. Good directions at check-in as to where everything was and appreciated the sheet on bear safety as black bears are often seen in this area. Beds were reasonably comfortable -- though on the soft side - and everything in the room was functional in terms of appliances. The only negative thing I will say is that housekeeping felt a bit subpar during the stay and when we arrived they'd failed to clean out the coffee pot from the last guests which was a pretty big oversight. Overall, we would stay again for the comfort, location, and amenities.
