Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the strip - Close by, but away from all the noise, and the sound of rushing water while out on the balcony. Room was clean & parking was good. Can park right in front of your room. Definitely recommend staying here. Ducks & Bears love to roam this area.

Location was very convenient being walking distance from downtown. Quiet off the high traffic road, and located right on the water. The rooms are a little musty, but clean for the most part. Linens and towels were clean. We enjoyed our time!
