You have a view of the creek but there was trash in it. Across the creek looks to be abandoned houses so the view isn't anything special. We stayed a total of 3 nights. On the 3rd night I woke up to something crawling up my arm. We just wanted a quick inexpensive room to get away and that is what we got.

I was skeptical about booking this location. I'm so glad we continued to stay bc I almost cancelled despite the cancellation fee. It was only for one night so we stayed. The pillows were small and I laughed and still laugh today about them. We had just settled in for the night and heard a loud noise and discovered it was a bear in the creek. He didn't bother us but it was nice to see. We saw a raccoon, a squirrel, possum and a bear all in that creek behind our balcony. We will definitely stay again. It was definitely not boujee but all the essentials were there and food was close by..and it was affordable. Parking lot is small. But no problems to big to handle. We will be back.

There was no hot water in the shower. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. Bathroom had a cover plate on an electrical box and was missing a screw, so thebhole was stuffed withbtoilet paper.

My family genuinely enjoyed this property during our stay in Gatlinburg. Its location made it easy to walk just about anywhere, and we even spotted three bears while we were there. We’ll absolutely be booking again.

The room was spotless, the entire property made it feel like you was at home. Every room has the stream in the back with a patio and chairs. Also within walking distance to everything. Very high possibility you will see a bear in the creek, they are friendly of course. We cant wait to book again.

The rooms were horrid. It had an awful smell to them, bugs in them and I found blood on the walls. I am flabbergasted at how this hotel is even standing. The reviews in it must be fake because no way this hotel is an 8. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude from the get go. The front desk guy named Greg was extremely unfriendly and not willing to assist us with any questions we had. Would just plain ignore us and give us attitude. Should reconsider hiring someone at front desk because he lacks in basic costumer service. There was also no hot water in all rooms. Everyone at the hotel were complaining about it. It was a cold night and the fact that no hot water was there was very concerning. Overall a horrible experience here and we left once we saw the conditions of the rooms. We didn't even get a full refund so just avoid this hotel at all costs and save yourself the headache.
