Spiders and old cobwebs all over the room. Floor was dirty. Bathroom floor was worse. Stained tub. Whole outside of walkways were covered in spiders and webs. Found a dead cockroach on the back walkway. There was hair in the bed. The pillows are so terrible, I couldn’t get a good sleep and had neck pain. I wish I read reviews before I booked. I would have chosen another place. The creek is so beautiful. I wish this place would actually fix the cleanliness that a lot of people complain about in the reviews. It’s really disappointing. I would have asked for my money back but it looks like the hotel refuses to give them so I just dealt with it. Will not be returning. Please fix these problems because that beautiful creek deserves better. The paying customers deserve better.

I came from Louisiana and the pictures of the room was not them. They are old looking. USB outlets didn’t work. No kind of lights in the room to see. Was very happy with the view from the room. Need to show really what the rooms look like and not photoshop them.

Had a good stay. The hotel outside looks a bit dated. But the interior is up to date and really clean. Love that we had a balcony next to the river. Very peaceful and quite.

Black mold was under our bed. I woke up every morning sick. It was an awful experience. Our reservation got messed up, the hotel staff were rude. Expedia didn't help matters at all!! Definitely won't be using Expedia again!!

You will see bears! I expected to see a few but shortly after checking in they were right there on the other side of my balcony. I love how the hotel sits on the rivers and you can hear the choppy waters. Walking distance from Anakeesta without all the busy traffic and free parking. Very clean and staff was friendly.

The river behind the inn was beautiful get opportunity to see nature. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Walking distance to the strip and all the attractions.
