Rooms was super. Kitchen area was awesome. And it comes with plates silverware ice maker. Washer/dryer....just need to up grade but they worked well. Leather swade couch was nice. Jacuzzi and shower. It's just the hot water doesn't last to fill the Jacuzzi tub. And for the TVs it should've had 3 instead of 2. Had a 2 bedroom with living room. Only issue I had is when exiting the parking lot the view of on coming vehicle's is blocked by bushes. Would recommend.....bringing more cover/blanket AC unit is works SUPER COLD

Park Place Unit 210

Unit 210 was dangerous. I slipped and fell, when I walked in, on a wet floor in the kitchen from a refrigerator problem. Bottom of the refrigerator was full of water which ran out onto the floor. Had to use towels to soak up the water in the bottom of the frig everyday. The clothes dryer was caked with lint and venting was questionable. The shower had used soap left in soap dish and was not very clean (covid protocol could be better). Floors and carpet were very dirty (i have dirty socks to prove it). Light bulbs were out. Two large clocks in living room didn't work. Kitchen appliances were very old except the microwave. They did work except frig. Dishes and glasses were missmatched. I would have asked for my money back, if I thought I could.

Great place!!

The river or creek was awesome. The rushing sounds and the views were spectacular!! The place was clean and had all of the amenities!! Very close to the national park and downtown Gatlinburg. Would highly recommend to others and we will definitely stay again in the future!!

Very nice place to stay. Everything is well taken care of from the parking lot to the condo. Convenient to downtown with a nice brisk walk. Would loved to have more time to take a time out to enjoy the patio that overlooked the river. We’ll definitely be back!!
