Bring the family, the dogs, and your Smoky Mountain plans to Heartwood, a cozy mountain cabin built for easy downtime between Gatlinburg adventures.
Heartwood sleeps up to 6 guests with two king bedrooms plus a game room with a twin daybed and trundle. It is a comfortable fit for families with kids, two couples, or a small group that wants space to relax without booking a huge cabin.
Inside, the cabin has a warm living area with a gas fireplace, Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen for simple meals at home. The game room gives kids and adults a fun place to unwind with arcade games, foosball, and shuffleboard.
Outside, enjoy the private hot tub, morning coffee on the porch swing, quiet evenings in the deck rocking chairs, and easy dinners on the gas grill. The deck is gated, and there is an additional back gate intended for quick dog potty breaks, making travel with pups easier than a typical pet-friendly stay.
Heartwood is unusually dog-friendly for the Smokies: up to 3 dogs of any breed or size are welcome with a $100 dog fee. No small-dog-only rule, no breed restriction, and no need to leave part of the family behind.
As guests, you’ll also have access to resort amenities including seasonal outdoor pools, pickleball, basketball, peaceful roads for walks, and nearby Bent Creek Golf Course. Please note that resort pool availability is seasonal and typically ends around Labor Day. The cabin is close enough for day trips to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, while still giving you a quiet wooded place to come home to.
