We saw bears everyday either in the area of the house , while driving or in the park. The area is peaceful but close to everything. The house was clean. If you bring pets keep on a leash at all times, pick your dogs poop up, follow the rules for the hot tub and locks for deck and doors. The bears are afraid of you and ran away when they saw us or the dogs.
