Very accommodating for our purpose. Each morning saw a bear roaming the facilities. Staff friendly and accommodated our 1 day early checkout.

Our room was okay. It did have a smell of mold to it. And the shower walls had mildew in the corners. And the bed were like sleeping on the floor. We’ve stayed here before and never had any issues. So we was very disappointed when we came back a second time and had these issues. My bedsheet looked like it had dried blood on the sheets and we did contact the office and then did come up and make it right and change everything for us. They were very friendly. But unfortunately we won’t be returning.

The smell in the room was overwhelming on the first night so my wife left to sleep at another hotel. The next morning we packed up and left. We wasted our money in a room that we couldn’t even sleep in. Of course they never even mentioned a refund

The is hotel is a great location from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. You will have the occasional bear sighting at the back end of the property.

Terrible stay

Was given a key to a room that was dirty. Then worker re-directed me to a clean room, but couldn’t get a key right away. I was told i would get one later. I left and got dinner and was gone for 2 hours. Came back and worker stated still not able to give me room key. It was inconvenient to pay upfront for a room, then be given a dirty room. Then not having access to a contracted room i paid for without a key is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Will never be back. You get what you pay for.

Modest clean hotel

It is an older hotel, clean, no frills, beds are ok, could use an upgrade in pillows, at the base of the parkway not right on.. they have a bear that visits, we did get to see him..staff are very friendly..would stay here again

Bargain for our quick trip

The beds were very comfortable for our one night stay. There was an issue with our ac unit, the staff was quick to exchange us to a neighboring room. Staff was very friendly, some of the best I’ve experienced in gatlinburg. Note that the location is somewhat of a walk to the strip, but being said, some awesome dining locations are located across the street from hotel.

Last minute Anniversary trip

It does not offer many amenities, but it is close to downtown Gatlinburg and it has on sight free parking. The rooms were clean but the shampoos and travel sizes were not replenished daily. There is a convenience store across the street and the flapjack breakfast 1/2 block away was awesome! It has a free trolley stop across the street as well, however given the traffic and time of year, walking is recommended. We would definitely stay there again. Those looking for a higher end motel/hotel probably would be disappointed.

Nice for the price

Staff was super friendly, hotel was easy to find and a convenient location to downtown for walking. The room was clean. But there is a weird smell in the room almost like its moisture building up or the room hasnt been used in a while but its manageable. Prices are affordable for a quick weekend trip.
