We have the 4 parking spots closest to our house. There are 7 total parking spots in the parking area for our house and the neighbor. However, 3 of them are for the neighboring property. The 4th spot in front of our property will only fit a car. It will not fit 4 SUVs or 4 Trucks, it will fit 3 SUVs/Trucks and 1 car.

Our host was great! Very easy. The house was beautiful, just like the description on website. We had 5 couples and had plenty of room, each had their own bathroom, and enough seating for all of us. We absolutely love this place! Kind of room and everyone had their own bathroom, which made it so easy to relax after a long day of hiking. The Jacuzzi was amazing and the kids absolutely loved the river. They didn’t even want to do any of the sites of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge because the river was so fun. It was close enough to everything yet you felt like you were still in a River Cabin. The host was super communicative and responsive. Super detailed instructions and getting in and out was a breeze.We will be back!
