disappointed the on property restaurant is permanently closed. There was traces of mold on the curtain above the AC unit. And the room had a musky smell. Navigating the ramps instead of steps was difficult. Property location was perfect. Easy walking access to everything on the Parkway

Sure it’s great if you have a timeshare!

The first room I was put in was not good. The key would barely open the door—it registered but would work. Inside lock was broken, tv broken. The maintenance man insisted they move me to a different room. Neither room had shower curtains so the water leaked clear out of the bathroom when I showered. Didn’t ask where or when the continental breakfast was, and there was no information at all in the room, so I missed it. Rooms were old although clean. Only one maintenance guy from a different location that is the only one for a full week with 7 buildings. They ought to worry as much about their hotels as they do their timeshares, which is all I heard about. Will not stay with them again

Property was convenient to downtown attractions. However, we were on the top floor in one of the buildings and it was like the air conditioner was not working. We had to lower the air down to 63 and still wasn't quite cool. Their was no toilet paper or kleenex when we got to the room. We got toilet paper but not kleenex.

Great for the glutes.

We stay with River Terrace regularly. Very friendly front desk who always tries to get you in early. No parking fees. This was our first time staying in building 5 and the hill is too much. The hill just never seems to end. I’ll make sure and request a room near the office in the future.

The bed was terrible! It slanted to the middle. No toilet paper. The grab and go breakfast is was a joke no elevator. It is on the side of a mountain and the incline is terrible.

I liked how it was highly accessible to the area shopping strip. Property was very clean. Great views from my balcony. However, there was evidence of roach activity. Also my shower drain did not drain good at all. Very slow. This still did not take away from my stay. I am happy with.my getaway.

Very convenient place to stay when you want to be in downtown Gatlinburg. Rooms are outdated but very comfortable. Take note the free breakfast is a grab n go pastry and Keurig coffee pod. I waited an hour to get a hair dryer from the maintenance guy since they didn’t carry them at the front desk. The pool was great too, they do have pool towels at the pool. We will go back!

Bed sheets were dirty, we asked for new bedsheets and the staff gave them to us but made us change the dirty bedsheets ourselves, not professional on their side. Also the hotel said breakfast included but the breakfast is literally prepackaged muffins. Don’t let “breakfast included” fool you.
