Very nice hotel. Great access to everything in Gatlinburg. This is the quiet end of Gatlinburg and that made so much more enjoyable. Definitely would stay here again

Beautiful large room with a fireplace and a balcony to sit and watch the creek out back. We used the pool which was so nice. Cookies and lemonade available when we arrived in lobby. Free breakfast that was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend.

The stay was nice. The views were nice. The staff was very friendly. The only 2 complaints is the bathroom is extremely small, the door almost hits the toilet. And the provided body wash was completely empty.

Breakfast at the hotel was perfect for us; so much so that we never went out for breakfast which saved us money. The beds, shower and facility are all nice and clean. The location is great, too. When I come back, I will look to stay here again.

Nice place- smaller and older but very clean, and great location. Balconies open to the creek, somehow didn’t feel too cramped in a town where every square foot has a hotel. I’ll go back.
