We offer a streamlined check-in experience. A personalized door code for your room will be sent to you a few days before your stay, so you can skip the front desk and head straight to your room.

We are located in the heart of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, but perfectly situated on a quiet, relaxing dead end street.



Getting Around:

The Timber at Holly Branch, offers multiple transportation options for exploring the area.



Guests can drive, with ample public parking downtown, take the convenient Gatlinburg Trolley, or enjoy a scenic 20-minute walk.



The nearest Gatlinburg Trolley stop is just 0.5 miles away at 714 River Road, conveniently located by Bennett's BBQ and Big Daddy's Pizzeria.



For even greater convenience, rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Whether you prefer to stroll, ride, or drive, accessing downtown attractions like the Gatlinburg Parkway, SkyBridge, and local dining is effortless.



Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM. We provide a seamless self check in experience by sending a personalized door code to your email a few days prior to your arrival. Please note that quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Free parking is available on site, however please be advised that RVs and campers are not permitted. As we are located in a beautiful natural area, bears are occasionally present and we provide safety information upon your arrival. We are a smoke free property and do not allow pets. A Pack n Play is available upon request for families traveling with infants.
