Mountain Monarchy * Studio for 2 Condo, Pools, Wifi & Cable

At Mountain Monarchy you will relax and sit in a newly updated, comfortable condo space for 2. This condo is inspired by wildlife local to the Smokies as captured by talented local photographers. Specifically we honor the very exclusive migration of monarch butterflies that arrive in the Smokies every late-September. This condo has a fully furnished kitchenette so you can enjoy a home cooked meal.

You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!

This is a studio condo designed for 2 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies.
It is located on the 2nd of 3 floors. The space features one queen bed.
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
*** Free 7 day gym pass at 321 Fit Club in Gatlinburg! Please message us if you want complimentary use of a 24/7 gym during your stay!

Anniversary trip

Location was awesome with beautiful views. The bathroom was in need of a good scrubbing and we had little gnats/fruit flies in the room. Management was quick to respond with my concerns but the cleaning crew is lacking! We did get to see bears from the balcony which was awesome.

Loved our stay here

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was my favorite. It doesn’t face the mountains which at first I was disappointed about. But it faced woods that ended up being better because multiple times a day, every single day (we were there a week) we had bears. A single bear and then a mama with 2 cubs. So entertaining. You’re on the 2nd floor so you can safely watch. Plenty of parking right outside. Easy walk up. The drive up and down was somewhat nerve wracking as it’s pretty high up. We got used to it after the first time so that would not deter us from returning. The views and being away from the crowds was worth it. Check in and out was easy. Any question I had was answered almost immediately. Overall 5 stars and we’ll definitely be back.

Perfect for singles and couples

Its a cute studio like apartment. Perfect size for solo or couples traveling. The bed is very comfortable and the blankets are adequate enough for a cold night. The place has all the needed necessities for making meals. My only complaint was the thin walls, I could hear everything the neighbors were doing including their phone vibrating near the wall where the bed is.

Cute little condo

The condo was adorable and clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and met all our needs.
