First time in over 20 years staying here I had to wait in my car 3 hours to get my room clean instead just putting us in a room that was ready. I know we were early, but the clerk didn't care being a Wyndham member they always worked with me.Very upset my wife and I were tired from traveling.

My daughter and I stayed here 5 years ago and recommended us staying here again with friends and the rest of our family because it was so nice then. I was shocked at the condition of the hotel. It has not been up-kept well at all. When you walk through the staff would not even acknowledge you. You did not need a key to enter the outside elevator so it was not safe at all. We will not stay here again. I was very embarrassed that I recommend this to our family and it was in this condition.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Staff was horrible. Tried to screw us over on the room. Luckily expedia was able to provide a partial refund. The staff could have just as easily admitted they overbooked and only had single queen beds available but we just went around in circles talking. I was talking about a double room and the front desk attendant kept talking about double beds. I said double room not double beds then she was speaking in there codes for the rooms so i had to resort to their “lingo” still didn’t resolve anything.

Clean and convenient

The rooms could use a little updating, just minor repairs mainly, but overall I am not complaining. We were there 2 nights and the room was comfortable, clean, hotel is in a very convenient location to everything downtown. Couldn't ask for more!

Its a comfortable no frills hotel on a budget. Ive stayed several times. They have a lot of breakfast items. Yogurt, danish, oatmeal, juice, etc. The room.is clean and cozy with a mini fridge. Im usually gone all say hiking so i dont need a lot of hotel amenities.

If they’d just CLEAN it would be pretty nice. Carpets have that grubby feeling, so much that you don’t want to go barefoot. The bed had stains on the white sheets. A room for two was given one bath towel. See the pic attached of my fridge. Now you know that hasn’t been opened in months. Front desk was a little snarky and argumentative.
