Off the strip. Quiet neighborhood and super close to the park. Rooms have a cabin feel and are super clean. Spent the nights sitting out front in the rocking chairs reading and just enjoying the evenings.

We recently stayed at Marshall’s Rest Motel during our “last vacation” of the summer celebration. This was our 3rd time staying here. What i like best about staying here is the cute cozy rooms (which are clean & well maintained), the pool area which offers a view of the river while you swim or relax pool side & the closeness to downtown (only a 4 min walk). Over all this place offers it all. Clean rooms, great service & short walking distance to the strip. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a great family owned, clean place to stay. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

The Marshall Creek Rest Motel was a delightful stop after a long day at Dollywood. It had everything we needed for a basic stay-comfortable bed, cold a/c, great water pressure-and several excellent touches like convenient hooks wherever we seemed to need one, a fridge, WiFi, and a friendly check in experience. We didn’t check out the pool or creek side seating area, but they looked nice. Gatlinburg is intense—SO many tourists and lots of traffic—so we were glad to get out of town early after a comfortable night sleep and excellent showers. Thanks!
