Laurel Inn 311 is a beautiful condo with private balcony close to downtown

Laurel Inn Condos is located just 4 blocks from the main street of Gatlinburg. The property has a heated outdoor seasonal pool for your enjoyment. There is also free wireless internet. You have two ways to get back to the downtown area. If you take the sidewalk down Cherokee Orchard Road, then you will come out at Traffic light #6 near the Mountain Mall and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. There is also a wooden stairwell that is off the back of our complex that will connect you to Reagan Drive which will bring you out near Ripley's Believe or Not Museum. This unit is a one bedroom with a King bed in the bedroom. It also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a 2 burner range stove.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed.

Quiet but convenient to Downtown

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The back stairs allowed for an easy walk to restaurants downtown atttactions.

Very clean, nice balcony, short walk downtown albeit a lot of steps down to street. Only issue was one day door would not lock, but nothing was missing when we returned. Did lock okay when we put in checkout code

Perfect location

Quiet yet walkable to town. We saw 6 bear on our walks back from town. Great location for getting into the park without having to go through the busy part of town.

Great location to all the activity

Loved that the condo was close to town and not far from the hiking trails. It was a cozy place and decorated cute. Was just a little disappointed to see paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom and wish the table had bigger seats to sit at. Other than that it was very clean and a nice place to stay.

Quick stop on our way to FL.

Cute little place. Clean had everything we needed. It was just as depicted on Vrbo. If you are in shape and capable of walking this place is great. It is a bit of a walk to the main strip and you have to go downhill and then uphill. Only downside, we had to use the neighbooring complex to get up and down because we could not get in and out of the gate for the wooden walkway. Other then that it it was delightful.

Great stay

Property is clean, bed is comfortable, and close to the Parkway. There are stairs that can be taken to get the main strip. The walk is about 10 minutes but you must be able to walk a lot of steps. Overall it was a great find. Will definitely go back!

We stayed here for a four day weekend Christmas getaway. Was very impressed with the check in and out process and cleanliness of condo. Bed was very comfortable and the Christmas tree and decorations were an added bonus. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay at Laurel Inn was great! Perfect location for us it’s right down from the strip in G-burg and our room was all filled with updates with newer appliances and furniture. Ideal for someone who needs a place to stay but wants to be out and about!

Wonderful get away!

The room was very nice and clean. The fall decor was a nice touch, and the balcony was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The walk downtown was very easy to navigate. The staff was very nice! We hope to visit again soon!

Gorgeous condo and excellent location

The pictures don’t do it justice. This condo has been completely remodeled. Beautiful furniture. No carpet. Updated bathroom. Fabulous views. I recommend walking down the back stairs to the parkway - a short 10 min easy walk to ripleys. We loved this condo and we’re so pleased we could book it for a one night stay. Can’t wait to go back!!! Perfect for my husband, I and 2 kids.

Great Complex, wonderful units, clean, friendly people

My family and I stayed here along with another family in 2 separate units for a week. Both units were very clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the pool and took advantage of the laundry facilities. I'd highly recommend the Laurel Inn to anyone looking for condo units. Just one minor item...While the complex is just a 10minute walk from town, it is all uphill. Save your energy for the final staircase to the complex.

Short getaway

A cute condo...the interior was very clean & well maintained & perfect for two people. Although, the living room seemed to need more lamps/lighting & screen door to the deck was difficult to open/close...possibly needed some WD-40. We totally enjoyed relaxing on the deck while setting in the very-cool rustic chairs. Over-all a very enjoyable stay at this condo!
