Staff was very kind and our room was ready early which was great! We got up to our room and it was not the room we booked. Staff said there was a leak in the whirlpool of the tub of the room we booked which is why we got a different room. They were very kind but that was unfortunate and they were not able to issue and sort of refund for the downgraded room since we booked on third party site (Expedia). The room was very nice but we found a watch in our room that did not belong to us which made me question the cleanliness after our stay.

Fall Getaway

The condition of the room was not up to par for the price I paid. As you can see in the pics, the carpet is shredded, baseboard messed up, wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk. I was told that’s just how it is. We are doing a complete renovation in 2027, so maybe you can come back to enjoy the new rooms. It’s doubtful I will return. Also, the elevators are extremely slow. These are pics of Room 329 on 10/10/2025
