Unfortunately we found multiple hairs stuck all over the room and bathroom. The beds have this fabric cover that zips shut over the mattress and the zipper is zip tied so u can’t open it, but that was stained and kind of gross so idk if they take those off or just the sheets. Black handprints on bathroom door. Forget privacy while using the restroom as it’s an odd sliding door that is open all the way around. Some of the staff was great (I believe the main girl is Stephanie and she was very accommodating but others were short or rude to my kid when she was getting snacks. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were super lumpy. For the price we paid I kid of expected a bit higher quality I guess. Oh we also found several clumps of hair in the pool.

Checked in. Went to eat. Returned to room with bugs; in bed, on ceiling, on curtains. Crawling and active stink bugs! Asked for another room. None available. Asked for bug spray. Can of off mosquito spray offered! Requested refund. Told "we don't have a room of " your caliber" ". Sounded offensive to me. Told I would have to talk more to management tomorrow. Needless to say, things went down hill from there. One of the staff thought it was funny we didn't want to sleep with a buggy room. We left and got a room in another hotel (no bugs). Next morning we returned to talk to management. She Said, yeah we got a lot oh bugs time of year. You will have to talk to Expedia about a refund. Gave us a bad feeling about Hampton Inns. We would like to request a refund.

Jacuzzi was great. Breakfast was fine. The front desk lady was not friendly. She did not greet any guest nor welcome anybody. Needs more training for customer service. The location is near a nice river.
