Very clean. The balcony over the stream was beautiful and very relaxing! Even the fire escape stairs were spotless and dustless (I know because that’s how I took my dog out at night)😀 Also, being pet friendly was the main reason we picked this booking. 🐾🐾😀Finally, every staff member was very friendly!😀

Stayed 1 night pay a pretty hefty price. I get there and I am hit with a 16.00 parking charge per night. No where is that displayed on Expedia. I feel for what I spent paying for parking is totally ridiculous!!! I have never paid at a motel to park in their parking lot. Also the room was clean but was not happy with the fact the mattress for not have bedbug covers. I will not stay here again. Do better Hampton Inn!!

The area was beautiful. Walkable to the shops, activities, and restaurants. The hot tub was fantastic as well except the jets weren’t too jetty but it worked out so I didn’t have to worry about my phone getting wet. I would 100% come back when I come through the area again!

It’s not deserving of some of the criticism but I’d say this hotel should have 6 or 7 out of 10. Parking costs £12/night, rooms have no safes (a microwave is where one should be!), and there are no cupboards/drawers, just hangers and surfaces. Breakfast is a bit of a free for all with limited choice (hot ‘choice’ is scrambled egg with a burger, or make your own waffle, toast…). It was OK but not at the 9.2 review level at the time I chose to book.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Breakfast was chaotic and often items were cold. Our room was very nice, however we were at the front towards the road and heard everything. Including the delivery truck parked under our window at 6ish and stayed for 45 mins running his motor. I think it was just the location of our room that made it so noisy, making sleeping difficult. The fire pits along the stream were amazing and a relaxing way to spend time. Overall this is a lovely hotel, it's just our experience left a little to be desired.

Great place to stay!

This location was so great! Close enough to walk and enjoy, far enough to be snuggled in the Mountains. The trolley picked up right outside! Very clean and quiet! Lot's of parking and amenities! Great outdoor space as well as indoor seating! It was perfect for our weekend getaway!
