Since this cabin is only 0.5 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg, you can explore excellent attractions like Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, The Village Shops, and Anakeesta Gatlinburg. If you plan on exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this rental is also convenient for reaching several entrances to the national park including the Sugarlands entrance, the Cherokee Orchard entrance, and the Greenbrier entrance.

"Fantasy I" also comes complete with useful features like a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, a Propane Gas grill, Wi-Fi Internet, an open concept living area with flat screen television. And for those chilly nights use the easy-to-operate gas fire Pit to enjoy your hot cocoa.

Cleaning company provide ONLY A starter pack includes: Travel coffee packets (2), Travel laundry detergent(1), Travel dishwashing powder ( 1), Travel dishwashing liquid (3oz), kitchen sponge (1), kitchen towels (1), paper towels (1), (2) toilet paper per bath and (2) garbage bags for each garbage can.

We always suggest travel insurance as we do not refund due to road conditions, storms, medical conditions including COVID or inclement weather conditions.

Third party amenities, such as electricity, gas, and internet are beyond our control. In the event of service interruption beyond our control, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption.

While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-in or late check out. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

We have in effect very STRICT HOUSE RULES due to unfortunate guest behaviors. Please follow the house rules including the following:

Extra persons exceeding your booking are not allow to stay in the property. We have cameras outside the property checking number of guests and security at night checking the premises for no extra guests. Exceeding maximum number of occupants is considered a breach of contract and you will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, BOOKING CAN BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY AND EVERY GUEST SHOULD VACATE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND.

Really enjoyed our stay! Quiet area close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved the nice big house with all amenities.

The grossest place we have ever stayed, owners non responsive. DO NOT RENT!!House currently FOR SALE

Negative 5 stars This place was horrible, the hot tub, fire pit, grill, toaster, ice maker in fridge, and random unnecessary appliances did not work at all. I contacted the owner immediately and she told us how to turn the breaker for the hot tub and it took 2 days to heat up, so we couldn’t use it all weekend. The owner said that “the maintenance team was notified” in regards to other concerns and I never heard from her again and never saw any maintenance. There was ONE towel for the kitchen, no hot mits, there was one towel per person for showers and there were 8 of us. The decks and outdoor furniture were horribly filthy and unable to be enjoyed, also a big crack down the front door. There were BUGS in all the light fixtures including the ones that were in each shower and above the dining room table. The drains were moving slow so we tried to clear them by hand and we’re met with the most disgusting balls of hair that hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in an obvious long time. Also the home is for sale and the owner is obviously not interested in fixing anything that is wrong. I feel that there should be a return of mine and my family’s money, as I would’ve felt cleaner in a trailer or tent in the backwoods. I contacted the host 3-7 times during our stay and no response was given past her calling to tell US how to flip the breaker for the hot tub. Host stated a week prior was in working order, despite previous reviews and it’s evident these are long time issues.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to grocery store and downtown Gatlinburg. Good wifi service. There were a few inconveniences, no pot holders, few cooking utensils, no trash bags, and outside cans were very small. The bunk beds were in the open so sleeping was difficult for kids.

Gatlinburg family vacation

House was beautiful, great location, a few nicks with appliances, microwave , toaster wasn't working, need to have more utensils, but overall we enjoyed our stay.The house is beautiful and big.
