We had the great pleasure of staying at Gatlinburg Town Square for our first trip ever to beautiful Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Our accommodations were excellent and they resembled a condo type setting fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area with a table for 6, a living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, a bedroom with a king sized bed and a jacuzzi for two with jets, a stackable washer/dryer, a balcony with a table and 4 chairs. Along with all these things mentioned, there was everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I can’t say enough about how clean and comfortable the accommodations were. The bed linens and towels were crisp, white, spotless and comfortable. There was a beautiful indoor pool which we didn’t have time to go in but it was very nice. The location of the resort was perfect because it was in walking distance to Parkway which is the main street for activities, restaurants, clubs, shows, attractions, etc. There was a free trolly pick up and drop off right outside of our building. The free parking was enclosed, spotless and safe with an elevator leading up to the various floors perfect for those with wheelchairs, strollers or those who have trouble with stairs. As we stated before, this was our first time to Gatlinburg and we were so amazed at the fabulously fun time and the breathtaking views everywhere we went. While there, we ventured up to the Skybridge which is a must. Can’t wait to return!!! Enjoy!

No breakfast. Check in at a different location. No cleaning service. You can swap towels during a short window of the day in a different building then where your unit is. Bait and switch on the photographs. Photos do not reflect room given. Kids running up and down hallways all hours of night. No blackout curtains. Room lit up bright from hall lights all night. Biggest positive was location. Not worth what we paid though. Need to be upfront about location, rooms and deposits in listing, not just email 2 days before check in.

Room was not what I booked. The manager argued that the bed was a king and her only solution was to give me a refund. Therefore I wouldn’t have had a room because everyone was sold out.

The staff here was amazing. From the time i arrived and was welcomed at check in to the help during my stay! I was skeptical from past reviews but this is the best stay i have had in Gatlinburg yet! I go a few times a year and I will return here for sure

Staff was nice but if anything was wrong they blamed it on the old owners. First room had mold and looked nothing like the online photos. After complaining we were “upgraded” to a new room. It was alright but nothing to brag about.

I booked a resort stay and upon check in was put in hotel worse than Motel 6 and told I could walk to the actual resort and use the amenities.. Then had the audacity to invite us to a time share opportunity with them. Carpets were stained and gross, view is of the Parking lot, laundry room is in a separate building, vending machines don’t work, I could go on and on and on.

Overall, experience was nice. The staff in the office was very helpful. My Only complaint is the housekeeping was hit or miss. They would show up one day and then not for two days. Had to speak with office staff a couple of times about this one day. I thought they did not show up, but they did, but the only thing they did was left a big pile of towels that were clean, of course, in the bathroom chair. The next time they left a pile of towels on the bed, but did not make up the bed that had been used either way. It wasn’t that big of a deal or a dealbreaker.

The rooms do not match the pictures .i booked a room that was suppose to have hot tub and didnt have one the fire place did not work i didnt have a balconey just a walk way and was in the back side so had a view of a wall from other building with trees .elavaters slow and outdated door took forever to open does have a parking garage under the building so easy parking.the fire pit was nice an pool the room had a stove and dishes that was nice. Very close to the strip i liked that. They do get bears on the property so be careful they didnt seem to be bothered by us.it said it was all booked but seen many empty rooms guess its because its a time share to find out after we got there so guess thats why all in all it was a good stay beside no hot tub and fire place not working
