We had a wonderful stay. Excellent communication by host and very clean. Our favorite part was the great view from the balcony and listening to the rapids while drinking my morning coffee. Highly recommend

Disliked: Cleanliness
Lovely view of creek and only a little over 1/2 mile walk to the strip. Good parking and large kitchen.
Carpeting going into the kitchen from eating area.
Carpet going into bedroom.
Blinds don't work (pull up or move slats) in bedrooms, but did get all but one window locked.
Some sort of caulking covering cracks, but not completely. Master bathtub not usable.

The apartment is in excellent condition, the location is great with beautiful views. The apartment has all that you need to make easier your vacations. I would definitely stay here again.
