Property was pet friendly and I did not mind paying the $75 pet fee, but we were charged $100 for a pet damage fee. Our 5lb yorkie did not damage anything. I was not told of this charge at checkout and if there had been damage, I would have been more than happy to pay for it, but our dog did not damage anything. I did not discover this charge until several weeks after our stay. Needless to say that we will not be back. I hope this review prevents other pet owners from getting scammed like we did.

Our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Gatlinburg was amazing. We were greeted with a warm welcome when first entering. The hotel was decorated nicely for the holidays. There were a couple of down falls/issues we had, mainly with our room. The A/C/heat were ups not work properly. When we brought it to the front reception's attention, they got maintenance to our room immediately. It took maintenance a couple of times to get the issue fixed, but they got it working. The room itself was good, a bit smaller than expected, but for the amount of time we actually spent in there it worked. The water pressure and shower wasn't the greatest. The breakfast was awesome and the evening reception was great. All the staff were wonderful. Definitely would recommend 10/10!!

The hotel has a very convenient location, and everyone there was extremely nice and willing to help. From the front desk to the kitchen staff, the cooks, and the team members who clean the tables, restock utensils (spoons, knives, forks), and make sure there is enough coffee and food available — everyone worked hard and showed great dedication. I would especially like to highlight Kaylee at the front desk. Due to an error on my part, I accidentally entered the wrong arrival date and arrived one day early after almost 10 hours of driving with my family. Kaylee was incredibly kind and calm. She helped ease my stress and accommodated my family of five by placing us in two rooms on the same floor, very close to each other, and then arranged for us to move into the room we originally booked the next day. The next morning, Kaylee was not at the front desk, but we left our luggage there so we could go out and enjoy the day. When our room was ready, she had already made sure our luggage was delivered to our room without us even having to ask.
