The room was clean aside from the shower drain pan being disconnected and propped up on the shower wall exposing body hair and mold underneath. It took 4 phone calls to get room service Friday night. No one would answer the phone. Finally, payment issues with the front desk left a bad reflection on the hotel. I used the same debit card i booked the room with to pay for the stay when i got there. Jason, the front desk clerk, couldn't get the payment to go through, coming back with invalid card. He did go ahead and check us in and i used that same debit card multiple times at different places throughout gatlinburg with no issue. Once we've checked out and left, Jason calls me and says he still isn't able to process the payment and if i didn't give him another card number they would continue charging me for the room another night. My concern was that the money was showing as pending in my checking account. I was very nervous about giving another card number and not getting the 1st transaction removed. I did go ahead and give another card number and the 1st transaction dropped. I feel like this could have been handled differently. I work at the bank that i bank with and there was nothing wrong with my account nor my card. It was a great way to end my stay at all. Left me feeling nervous about the state of my accounts.

We found it a nice retreat from the congested Gatlinburg. We were there 2 nights and regretted being in Gatlinburg since its lost its charm and is too commercialized. Your front desk is terrible. They had no knowledge about your restaurants, hours. They didn't seem interested in helping.

The room was great and the hotel is fairly new. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace were great. Breakfast was good, but a little slow, and they were slow to restock several items, but they were also busy. Overall, I would stay again, and next time back in Tennessee, I will probably stay here again!
