We’ve stayed here several times but I’ve the last year it’s gone downhill. The hotel is dated, elevators are slow, the bed was comfortable but squeaked very loudly when turning over in bed, but the biggest let down was the parking. Parking is EXTREMELY tight which we expected but we didn’t expect the $16.95 per day charge for a said parking that was just implemented. We booked this hotel for the convenience of being able to walk around town but we could have stayed at a nicer place for less money and paid to park in an easier in and out place.

Everyone was nice, it was clean, and the location is convenient. The only complaints we had were the hot water and the pillows kinda sucked. The water at times took about 10 minutes to get hot.

Loved everything about this stay. Totally recommend. Needs more elevators though, sometimes have to wait 20+ minutes for the elevators they’re so busy. 5 stars! Enjoyed this hotel.

This hotel used to be a jewel. Location, parking and facilities. However they are now charging $ 15 per day to park, the vending machines accept only dollars and the towels are very thin. Plus the toilet paper is onion paper. Very disappointing.
