The front desk staff was very friendly, room was very nice! Fireplace was great feature due to it was 27 degrees outside! Right in the middle of downtown very convenient to food and shops all in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to stay at!!

Parking is right under the building. Everything in Gatlinburg is walkable. The facility feels safe & was very clean. Staff was all very kind.

For the price of the romantic room it is not worth it. The bed was not comfortable, not to mention the jets barely worked in the tub. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. About the only good thing. The whole weekend there was kids screaming in the pool at all hours and running up and down the hallways all night long. I would recommend another hotel.
