So it sleeps four, as it has the additional sleeper sofa with a queen size bed. With amenities like a large pool with adjacent beautiful waterfall ; coin laundry, AC;, hair dryer, WiFi, heating, large covered balcony with chairs over the beautiful moving river, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. There is a resident bear who comes on the property several times a day just walking around minding his own business...so no need to worry. He likes to make his way down by the river and grill area. Explore the enchanting surroundings with wildlife and mountains or simply unwind in the tranquility of this charming place.. What a cozy and "Bear'y" cute place for a restful stay! The view out the balcony was serene and peacful, the 2 person jacuzzi tub hit just the spot after the end of a long day exploring the area, and the room was comfortable and clean. All the necessary amenities were available and it was a lovely piece of restful pleasure in the heart of the Smokies. The host was very comunicative and a pleasure to work with.

It was a great location loved the creek being below me that we could see from balcony and I was able to take my teacup poodle with us for an extra fee. It was the perfect. The host was easy to deal with. The unit is older but it was perfect for what it cost to rent. I would stay again.

Amazingly relaxing stay

Balcony overlooking a stream and waterfall beside the pool offered unparalleled beauty and peacefulness. The king size bed was very comfortable and relaxing in the hot tub and watching tv was just what we needed. Location is perfect for visiting Gatlinburg or bypassing Gatlinburg to go to Pigeon Forge.

Cleaning supplies were left out and had old rags hanging from the shower rod was the first impression, beyond that the property was sufficient for the one night we stayed. The location was great for access to the park and Gatlinburg main strip. Would I search it out to book again, no, would I say don’t book here, no. It served its purpose. Check in/ out was easy and host was gracious and offered early check in, late check out for a price of course. I did not use any of the amenities (kitchen, jacuzzi tub etc) so can’t comment there. The whole place was dated obviously going for the “cabin” vibe. Yes you can hear the waterfall from your bedroom.

Weekend Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. Perfect for the two of us, and our two Goldendoodles. Unit was clean and cozy, and Debra was extremely helpful. Just a short 1.5 mile drive down the mountain to downtown, and the Great Smoky Mtn N.P.
