Pros: The room was quite clean, although it smelled old, moldy. Breakfast is better than average, a lot of tables, on a second day there was chicken, a nice surprise. Elevator is quick. Some rooms are rather large with big bathroom. Beds are comfy. CLose to the main street. Cons: Room smell. Holw hotel is old and even udpated it has "smells" associated with a long use, mold, not enough fresh air inside. Pool - cold as my fridge, both water and air there, I don't know who would swim there, it was cold when I was dressed up in the swimming pool room, can't even imagine getting in the water. Mirror in the room was hanging by teh hair, literally fell off when I tried to straighten it, but I caught it. They've used my knife to remove the bottom holder and took it away so it does not break. Parking is super limited and cramped, barely had last space left on one day at 9pm.

This hotel appears to very clean however this hotel is filled with bed bugs and insect the staff however is very friendly but like most companies management does nothing and staff does what they can with-in there scope also when booking through Expedia you have to go through them to get any issues resolved didn't care for that process because Expedia not there or does not have a representative onsite

Would only recommend this hotel if it was a last minute trip or need somewhere to stay in a pinch. This is not a book ahead hotel, find somewhere nicer for $50 more. There was food in the sink drain, floors did not look vacuumed, mild staining on the linens, not responsive to text messages (even though it states to reach out via that number for needs/questions), food on the floor behind the beds. They really need a deep clean of the place. Parking is pretty scarce but you won’t have to do much if any driving for shops, food, exploring gatlinburg. They do have an overflow parking lot if needed. This sounds like a terrible review but for the location right on the strip & price I paid, I’m not entirely fuming. However, I would not stay here again unless I didn’t have the budget for a nicer hotel/airbnb or it was a last minute decision.

I stayed for 8 days and 7 nights and not even once they went to clean the room or change towels, give new soap… the parking lot is open which is bad because a lot of people even ones not staying at the hotel parked there and when we got back from other places we had to park outside because the parking lot was full they even said to park in the immediate corners of the hotel and my car got towed… the only good thing of the hotel is the location…

The rooms are clean and the location of great if you want to be in downtown Gatlinburg. However, parking is a mess. We had to use the overflow lot that was two blocks away from the hotel. The experience was “acceptable,” but I would consider a different hotel next time (nothing really stands out about this resort).
