Westgate is an excellent 5 star resort with grocery store, restaurant, water park which has 4 free passes with this rental, infinity pool, miniature golf, work out facility and a spa. Location is great. Minutes from pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The host’s communication, perfect! However, the condo is outdated, noisy and the only window in the unit looks at a rock wall! You hear everything your neighbor is doing at all times!! You also will get HAUNTED to purchase a time share here. Once they get your phone number, it’s over! The waterpark is also gross. While we were in the lazy river, a used bandaid floated onto my arm!!!! We will not stay here again based on our experience.
