Located on the quieter side of town, the condo is approximately 3/4 mile from downtown Gatlinburg. You can walk into town or catch the trolley just down the street in front of Brookside Lodge. Food City is also just a short drive away. You’ll feel tucked away from the traffic and crowds while still being convenient to restaurants, shops, attractions, and the Great Smoky Mountains.
The Balcony & Views
One of the best features of this condo is the large private wraparound balcony overlooking Roaring Fork Creek. Relax in a rocking chair and listen to the soothing sound of the rushing water, or enjoy breakfast, coffee, or dinner outside at the patio table and chairs.
Keep an eye on the creek below—you never know who might wander by. Black bears have been spotted right in Roaring Fork Creek below the condo, including the visitor featured in our listing photo. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, but seeing a bear enjoying the creek is one of those unforgettable Smoky Mountain moments.
The breakfast nook also offers beautiful mountain views, making it a perfect spot for your morning coffee.

Spend the morning exploring the Smokies, come back and relax beside the creek, then head downtown for dinner, shopping, and attractions. With the trolley stop just down the street, you can even leave the car behind and enjoy free parking (a premium!)
And keep an eye on Roaring Fork Creek below the balcony—black bears have been spotted right in the creek, including the visitor pictured in our listing. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, but you never know who may wander by and his name is BOB which is short for Big Ole Bear.
