Disliked: Cleanliness
After settling into the room, all guests were evicted due to plumbing issues. I was traveling with my 85-year-old Mom, and we were stranded with no room. Management made no efforts to locate alternate lodgings for anyone. Rick claimed he called 25 other places and found no vacancies. This was obviously not true, as we were able to find other rooms after driving around the area that night.
