The Christmas week is a 4 Bedroom with 4 King Beds & 4 Queen Sleeper Sofas, 2 Fully Equipped Kitchens & 2 Kitchenettes, with a Max. Occ. of 16. The New Year's week is a 2 BR with 2 King Beds and Two Queen Sleeper Sofas, Fully Equipped Kitchen, with a Max. Occ. of 8
All have a living room, jacuzzi, washer & dryer, walk-in showers, free in-room Wi-Fi, and a balcony.
Onsite you will find a small convenience store, restaurant, snack bar, fitness center, playground, spa, outside heated pools and hot tubs. There is miniature golf, an infinity pool and zip line at the top of the mountain. Transportation is provided to Draft's Sports Bar downtown Gatlinburg. As a guest, you can enjoy Wild Bear Falls, a heated, indoor water park featuring a lazy river, water slides and hot tubs. Waterpark tickets (normally $18.95 per person each day) are complimentary with the rental. There are daily scheduled activities for all ages. Transportation is provided within the resort. The resort is located on the trolley line allowing you to travel to Gatlinburg and/or Pigeon Forge for a minimal charge. No need to find a parking space or pay lot rental fees. Rent includes all taxes and resort fees and free water park passes for all week.
