I was not allowed to check in to the hotel because my address shows me living in the same county. I don't live on the island, i live on the mainland but in the same county. Furthermore, I pre paid in full and can't talk with anyone at hotels .com or expedia about a refund. Super 8 told me it was out of their hands since i booked through a 3rd party entity.

Staff was very good…. The roaches were terrible!!!! I sprayed and put roach proof out!!!!!! But they were everywhere… I just couldn’t handle it! The housekeeping was supposed to clean the room and change sheets….. never did!

The staff was very unprofessional, it was ran more like a cheap apartment complex vs a hotel, the whole building smelled like cigarettes, the towels had pubic hair on them and there were roaches.
