Clean room, friendly staff, good location. Parking is a problem, probably due to bike week. Numerous trailers used to transport motorcycles were parked and the motorcycles were also parked.

Nothing like the description on Expedia. Dirt and debris blowing underneath the door, mini blinds trashed, wrinkled looking bedding and no working smoke detectors. Stay away! Don’t waste your money. I just left and walked across to a Residence Inn. More money but clean and safe.

Yes we uesd the heater & air. Both great. They accommodated us with our 3 small dogs & charged appropriately even though there is a 2 dog minimum. My first conversation was weeks before with Victor & said no problem with downstais & pets. Bobby was always very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. I

The bathroom had a saggy floor , the window blinds wouldnt work due to no string, and it looked like there was a blood smear in the tub so we would have called to let them know but the phone didnt work either
