Close all window storm shutters. Upstair, down stair, and stairway. Closed all double doors, interactions provided in previous email. Failure to do these tasks, additional $75 fee added to your stay.
Clean BBQ pit and take out the trash
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The beach house was fabulous. Spacious and well decorated. The loft was a bonus with beautiful views of Galveston Bay. We had a wonderful family reunion in this house and swimming in the bay.

The house was awesome. The bathrooms have been updated from the pictures on the site. We just enjoyed the beach and relaxing at the house. I would say the only down side was at night and late afternoon we had to close the shutters so people wouldn't see into the house and also help with the sun beating down in the living room. But other than that it was lovely stay and we would rent the house again.

Gorgeous views, easy check in, literally everything we needed and the property was even more perfect than pictured. Everything was clean and we loved the location. The videos explaining the storm shutters were super helpful. We will be back.

Check in went well. Very easy to get in. The kitchen has PLENTY of silverware. However, if you plan on spending any time at the beach and want to pack a picnic, please bring your own food baggies and Tupperware. The beds were comfy. Air conditioner worked well. Also, bring your own wash cloths, shampoo and conditioner along with body wash.

Not quite average stay.

Disappointed in cleanliness. Floors were dirty and upstairs looked like it had just been swept into washer dryer area. Maintenance needed on property. Owner response to text quick. Items not available as promised. Seating on decks could have been better. Nice towels and beds comfortable. Plenty of kitchen items except wash rags and towels…only one. More info really needed to prepare for visit. Left a day early should sum it up.
