The room was perfect. Close to the pier & cruise port.
The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, even with a lobby FULL of people getting ready to go on a cruise. Thank you !!

Never checked in- arrived at ~9:15 and was told there was no room available. It seems this hotel doesn't do "reservations," they do "requests." Was handled incredibly poorly by Darrel (sp?), directed us to another hotel claiming that he had spoken to their manager and that there were rooms available there, but this was incorrect and he had spoken to no one. Claimed it was the fault of Hotels.com who had overbooked them.

Staff was just ho-hum I guess I’ll check you in. The room has dark spots on the floor that came up easily with wet rag, so I’m guessing the floors were not mopped.
