All of the staff were friendly and accommodating to special requests! Right on the beach, short ride to the Pleasure Pier, and ample room space for a family of 5. Would love to return to this hotel for a warm weather break!

So the best part of this hotel is the location. Far enough away from the east end madness that you have peace & quite. The beds are ery comfortable & ice is on every floor. We used the laundry facilities here since we stayed 4days & needed more clothes for the cruise

Front desk, Robert was super awesome. I liked the “west end” of the island. Beds were comfy and view from our balcony was beautiful each morning. As a frequent visitor to Galveston, I would definitely stay here again!

Room is clean and cozy, our Front desk guy Robert was super accomodating and friendly.. We had great breakfast daily the only thing we didn't like was when we were eating at around 0730, two of staff are sweeping the floor and cleaning in the area we are seated for sure dust are flying in the air and going to our food.
