Living Room: Both upper and lower living rooms have TVs equipped with streaming services. The upper living room is more spacious.

Kitchen: Upper area has the main kitchen for this house. It is equipped with everything you need and more. Stainless steel appliances and modern granite countertops make this kitchen beautiful.

Kitchenette: Lower unit has a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, and all of the basic essentials.

Dining: Both upper and lower areas have dining spaces near the kitchen.

Bedroom 1: Upstairs in the upper unit, queen bed and single bed, Smart TV

Bedroom 2: Second bedroom in lower unit, trundle bed w/ 2 singles

Bedroom 3: Primary bedroom of the lower unit, queen bed, Smart TV

Bedroom 4: Upstairs in the upper unit, queen bed, Smart TV

Bedroom 5: Primary bedroom of the upper unit, queen bed, Smart TV, primary bathroom ensuite.

Primary Bathroom: Attached to primary bedroom on the main level and equipped with all you need or may have forgotten. This includes toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials.

Guest Bathroom: Upstairs in the upper unit. It only has a tub, no shower. Also stocked with all the essentials.

Guest Bathroom: Downstairs on ground level. it has a shower/tub combo. Also stocked with all the essentials.

Guest Half Bath: Located behind the kitchen on the main level.

Indoor Living: Smart TVs in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen, including coffee and filters provided.

Outdoor Living: Oceanview from the front porch. Massive, fully-fenced backyard with room for games, pets, etc.

*Head height on lowest floor gets down to 6 foot 2 inches at the lowest doorway. Most of lower floor is 7ft or higher.
**Main floor has 10 ft ceilings

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home, but there are separate exterior entrances to the upper and lower levels. They are not connected from the interior by any means.

Other things to note
Free street parking in front of the unit. Parking passes will be provided. There is also off-street parking in the rear of the house.

We allow pets, 2 maximum, and they must be included on the reservation. There is a $25 pet fee.

Pet Policy Disclaimer: Guests must notify us in advance and obtain approval before bringing any pets to our Airbnb. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty, and guests may be required to cover any additional cleaning or damage costs.

To make your arrival smooth, we provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. This is thoughtfully stocked to comfortably get you through the first 2–3 days of your stay.

For longer stays, just like at home, you'll be responsible for purchasing additional consumables once the initial supply runs out. Feel free to reach out and ask us about local store options or what delivery services operate in the area.
