Tucked away in a hollow just on the outskirts of the historical town of Gainesboro, you will find a charming single-story farm-style home. Every morning, enjoy the beautiful kitchen bay window overlooking the fields full of wildlife, along with the sound of the natural creek that runs directly through the front yard. It is sure to wash your worries away.
Open concept for sharing meals around the farm table and in the common area, including a full kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are down the hall for privacy and noise control. PLENTY OF PARKING. The home offers a long driveway and an additional parking space for pull-behind boat trailers. Our outdoor space is what guests rave about! Complete with a fire pit, porch sitting, plenty of space for lawn games, or just enjoying a quiet walk in nature.
GUEST ACCESS:
Make yourself right at home in our farmhouse-style listing. Soak in all that nature has to offer right in the front yard. However, we do ask that our guests be respectful of our property boundaries and amenities by following a few rules.
1. THE CREEK is very charming. Use your own discretion before stepping into the creek. Please DO NOT attempt to cross the creek. The creek is our strict boundary line on the north side of the property. Across the creek is NOT part of the VRBO listing and is PRIVATE PROPERTY. Entering it is TRESSPASSING.
2. THE BARN: We will not be liable for any injuries or accidents. The rustic hand-built barn at the back of the property adds charm and a reminder of years of hard work to make the property what it is today. But, we ask our guests DO NOT attempt to enter that barn or play near it. It is very fragile! Signs are posted for reminders. You are welcome to walk around the property to unwind. (Bug spray is highly recommended) We just ask that you DO NOT go beyond the boundary (creek), and keep the home within sight. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
