The flat includes a living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, a TV with cable channels and a balcony overlooking the city of Funchal. It also has a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower cubicle.
This property can accommodate a maximum of three people.
The building has a common entrance to this and other properties and is located on Rua 31 de Janeiro, one of Funchal's main arteries.

AREA
Flat in a building located in the city centre of Funchal. From here you can visit the main points of interest in the capital of Madeira on foot. It is close to restaurants, the Farmers' Market, Funchal Cathedral, public gardens, Baltazar Dias Municipal Theatre, cable car, CR7 Museum, Cruzes Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, Funchal Marina, shopping centres, supermarkets, beaches, bars and museums.
In the city centre there is plenty of information on all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There are bus stops near the building.

You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
