A Achada is a charming two-storey house with 2 bedrooms and capacity for up to 4 people, offering a comfortable and convenient stay in Funchal. With a generous area, it is the ideal location for those seeking tranquillity without giving up proximity to the city centre.



Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious open-concept room, which integrates a cosy living area, a dining zone with table and chairs, and a fully equipped modern kitchen — ideal for preparing your meals with all comfort, having all the necessary utensils at your disposal.



On the lower floor, you will also find a service bathroom, equipped with a toilet and in the exterior area the washing machine — an added value for those who wish to travel with lighter luggage and enjoy greater comfort during their stay.



Going up to the upper floor, you will find two carefully decorated rooms, both with double beds, providing a tranquil and welcoming environment to rest.



On this floor there is also a complete bathroom with a shower, modern and functional.



The location of the house is another great highlight: situated very close to the centre of Funchal, it has everything you need right at your doorstep. A bakery right above the house, a bus stop just a few steps away, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and tourist attractions such as the Municipal Garden, Santa Catarina Park and the Farmers' Market are all a short distance away.
