This stylish space is designed with vibrant and modern living and kitchen areas. The living room features a welcoming sitting area with a double couch bed, perfect for unwinding in front of the TV after a day in the city. A dining table invites guests to gather and enjoy meals together in a cozy setting.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and socializing, featuring essential cookware, cutlery, and a dishwasher for added convenience. A small room houses a washing machine, making laundry effortless.

The first bedroom, decorated with a modern touch, includes a double bed, TV, and ample storage. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. A shared bathroom in the hallway provides fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Outside, a charming balcony offers a sunny spot to enjoy the fresh air. Guests also have access to a stunning shared swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip while taking in breathtaking city views.

This beautiful destination in Funchal, Madeira, blends a rich history, stunning landscapes, and vibrant culture. Nestled between lush mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, Funchal offers breathtaking views, charming cobbled streets, and a lively waterfront. Visitors can explore the colourful Mercado dos Lavradores, take a scenic cable car ride to Monte, or enjoy a traditional toboggan ride down its winding streets. With a mix of historic sites, museums, and gardens like the Madeira Botanical Garden, there’s something for every traveller.

Beyond its natural beauty, Funchal is known for its world-class cuisine, including the famous "espada com banana" (scabbardfish with banana) and Madeira wine tastings. The city’s promenade is perfect for seaside strolls, while the Cristiano Ronaldo Museum (CR7 Museum) attracts football fans from around the world. Whether discovering hidden viewpoints, exploring local markets, or enjoying a sunset over the marina, Funchal offers an unforgettable island experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, ENT Rua Virtudes (83), is just 110 meters walking distance.

Madeira Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
