Amazing place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and cleaned every day. I went through so many bottles of water which were supplied by the hotel. It’s a nice walk into the main area with bars and restaurants. Easy to get a pickup for an excursion too. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel!

What a fantastic hotel. The rooms appear to all be pool facing and have lovely big balconies. They are clean and modern with comfortable beds. Staff were cheerful, and helpful. The breakfast offering was very good. The rooftop terrace is stunning and the main pool area is very very relaxing. The addition of the heated indoor pool and Spa area was a particularly nice touch. In terms of location there is a conveniently located shopping complex just a 2-3 min walk away. You are not in the hustle and bustle of main Funchal - that’s approx a 30 min walk away. Loved it!

Exceptional hotel. location was great. Very clean and modern. the staff went above and beyond and gave us an early check in when we arrived. One of the best complimentary breakfasts with a ton of variety. We loved the heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Overall we can’t say a bad word about it. We would def come back!

Beautifully decorated hotel with fantastic amenities - in addition to indoor pool and spa, there is an outdoor and a rooftop pool. The staff were fantastically helpful. Room spacious and great ocean views from the balcony. Breakfast is a highlight. The only downside is the parking - 15 euros a day in a garage that has very narrow driveway.
