This amazing 150m² apartment is ideally situated near many of the city's top attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The bright and inviting living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and airy atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony to take in the sea view and enjoy the fresh air.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

There are three homely bedrooms, two with a queen-size bed and one with a double bed, a wardrobe for storage, and soft, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom comes stocked with everything you need to refresh, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

Located on the 4th floor, the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access.

As a guest, you'll also have access to fantastic amenities including a gym, a shared swimming pool, and a peaceful lake area.

Please note that this property features a private elevator to the beach, available for guest use.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This location is nestled in the vibrant Lido district, a hub for tourists and locals alike. The area boasts attractions like the scenic Lido Promenade, lush subtropical gardens, and direct access to the sea via the Lido and Ponta Gorda Bathing Complexes. ​

Culinary enthusiasts can indulge in local flavours at Restaurante Casa Madeirense, known for its authentic Madeiran cuisine, or enjoy traditional espetadas at Casa das Espetadas. For a more casual dining experience, the Beer Garden offers a relaxed atmosphere with a variety of beverages. ​

Shopping options abound with the nearby Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, housing stores like Rituals for beauty products and a McDonald's for quick bites. Additionally, the area is dotted with souvenir shops, supermarkets, and charming cafés, making it a lively and convenient spot for visitors.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Madeira airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
