Resort was great and location was beautiful. The indoor pool area had a very strong aroma of chlorine and was poorly ventilated. As a result of spending only 15 minutes there, I had a terrible reaction causing strong cold symptoms (sneezing, running nose, etc) that lasted 3-4 days afterward. Not fun to deal with for the remainder of my vacation!

I loved it! I had a sea view and as expected the sunset was amazing from any angle of the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast served here. The front desk staff were very professional & helpful. The location it's conveniently (15-minutes away from Funchal) if you decide not to rent a car since public transportation is reliable in the area, literally there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.... Well recommended.
