Facing southwest, the property enjoys sunshine all day, breathtaking sunsets, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Andalusian countryside.

Easily accessible via a concrete country road suitable for any vehicle, the fully fenced plot guarantees complete privacy and security. The extensive gardens feature a wide variety of mature trees and plants, along with several terraces designed for outdoor living. The spacious pool area invites you to relax and sunbathe, while the front terrace is the perfect spot for al fresco dining with stunning views over Nerja’s coastline. Families will especially appreciate the trampoline, slide, and swing set, ensuring fun and entertainment for children in a safe environment.
