The perfect place sitting nestled in the hill side away from the towns noise and bustle, fully south facing, you can relax on your vast private terrace or by the pool, look at the Mediterranean sea and soak up the Andalusian sun.
Featuring 2 bedrooms: a full double bedroom with doors opening out onto the alfresco dining area and views of the valley to the sea. The adjoining fully equipped bathroom features a double walk in shower, single sink and toilet. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with full bath, separate shower cubicle, twin sinks and toilet. Modern Air conditioning featuring heat and cooling has been installed in each bedroom and the living room for your comfort.
The covered terrace and cool alfresco dining area, equipped with a ceiling fan, leads to a large open terrace with a gas BBQ and to your own private secluded swimming pool where you can relax and take in the peace and tranquility of La Quinta.
Featuring as well a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare delicious food: A Chefs delight! Also includes dishwasher, washing machine and a full range of kitchen equipment, utensils, tea towels as well as kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, spices, coffee, tea, sugar and cleaning products.
The spacious sitting room features TV and WiFi (Max 50Mbps) with a Fire TV stick featuring Netflix and Amazon Prime for you to log into your own accounts should you wish. Three sofas and cushions for your family to lounge on, one of which becomes another double bed for guests with five or six people.

The Property is set in beautiful Andalusian countryside in its own gardened grounds and guests are welcome to take a walk around it and enjoy an early evening cocktail.
The property is reached down a concrete exterior drive from the tarmac road and is accessible for taxis as well as cars. There is parking available inside for 2 cars. The backdrop to the apartment is of the mountains of the Parque Natural Sierra Tejedas, Almijara y Alhama, renowned for its walking trails, and the stunning views to the front are of the surrounding countryside and opens down to the Mediterranean sea. There are three pet cats living on the property but you will probably not see them.
The white village of Frigiliana, which is said to be one of the most beautiful in Andalucía is a 3-minute-drive away. Frigiliana has many restaurants and shops as well as banks and a local bus can take you from there to the coastal town of Nerja about 10 minutes further on. Nerja is a popular town, which still retains its original charm although sympathetically developed over the years. Nerja, famous for its Balcon de Europa, its caves and its various beaches, has many bars and restaurants, vibrant nightlife, shops, outdoors adventures outfitters and supermarkets.
