Excellent value. Negative reviews here are expecting the Hyatt for trailer park prices. The place is clean, the people are very friendly. Yes it's older property but clean and the price is very reasonable. If you are reading this, you were attracted by the price in the first place.

Our 3pm check in was closer to 4:15 as there was just one housekeeper working so very hard to finish cleaning rooms to accommodate several check-ins. She did a very good job of cleaning the room, but I sure wish another cleaning product was used. IMHO, the smell of Fabiosa cleaner is overwhelming and nauseating. Having a big bottle of it in plain sight in the eating area was also off-putting. Again, the staff works hard, not meaning to knock their efforts.
