I recently stayed at this Hyatt hotel and was extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and rude behaviour from the front desk staff.
From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was unfriendly, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of offering help or greeting guests politely, they acted as if every question was an inconvenience. Their tone was rude, and their attitude showed absolutely no interest in assisting or resolving concerns.
When you stay at a hotel with a name like Hyatt, you expect courtesy, respect, and hospitality — sadly, none of that was present here.
A simple check-in turned into an unpleasant experience because of the staff’s lack of manners and basic customer service skills.
This level of behavior is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Management seriously needs to retrain the front desk team and improve their customer service practices.
I will definitely reconsider staying at this location in the future.
