"Staff were all excellent. Room was large, clean, bed was comfortable, housekeeping was daily and of a good standard. Location cannot be beat, right in the heart of Fremantle, walking distance to everything, bus stops nearby. The downsides: rooms are not soundproofed - you don’t get noise from the bar on the ground floor but you definitely get disturbed by any conversations being held in the doorway or doors being opened and closed. The bathroom was TINY, and cold (I visited in winter but still), and even though they provide a kettle and coffee machine, the bathroom basin is the only way to get water and it’s too small to fit anything other than a cup under the tap. You can fill a water bottle in the bar downstairs when the staff are there from 8am. I thought I’d lost an item and spoke to 3 staff members on separate occasions who each assured me they’d check with housekeeping for it and forward the message to the next shift leader and then the next time I asked about it the next person wouldn’t have a clue what I was talking about (lucky for me it was just hidden under something in my room!)."

"This apartment was everything I needed for a 6 night stay in Fremantle. Close enough to walk to everything, off-street parking, nice & quiet. The apartment was a decent size, so I didn't feel cooped up like you can in a hotel. But nowhere is perfect - there isn't much in the way of natural light in this apartment, just one west-facing sliding door. It does have two small outdoor areas, but the second one is permanently dark, with very little natural light. I did seem to run out of hot water very quickly, which I found odd as there is a 130L hot water tank outside. The split system is also very noisy. Despite those minor issues, I'd definitely stay here again, no hesitation. Security is good, parking is good, having a washing machine in the bathroom is excellent. Cooking facilities were good & the kitchen stocked well-enough for me to not feel I was missing essential tools. All up, an excellent stay. 9/10."

"Large room with a balcony we couldn’t use due to weather but helpful because the windows are single pane and the road noise is high. Large shower with separate tub. There is a mini fridge and kettle for instant coffee or tea. The closet comes with four attached hangers but they will bring more if you ask. Not sure how the allocation of towels works but we had to ask to have facecloths delivered. No bar soap for the shower but attached liquid bath gel, shampoo & conditioner. There’s a guest laundry. Bedtime your credit card"
