Room was nice but the bathroom had not been cleaned from last person. Lady handling check in and accommodation was not very friendly. Pub is great itself, food and atmosphere is wonderful just would never stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful and waived the need for a deposit as we had to check out at 3.00 this morning. Clean and spacious room and plenty to do including the Norfolk Hotel's fantastic bar.

Excellent hotel with tremendous welcome & temperature sensitive medication straight to a fridge as check in was hours away, bag storage and taken to room for us while we explored Freo. Welcome drink, excellent WiFi and a really delicious pizza in the restaurant. Well appointed and comfortable room. A great stay!

Good budget option in a great location. Room was clean and bed was comfy. If staying on a weekend keep in mind you will hear noise from the street at night. A lot of natural light enters the room too so if you’re not an early riser pack a sleep mask.
