Upstairs: a mezzanine with a reading nook, a bench, a TV, a video projector, 2 terraces, a bathroom with a toilet, a double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a large bedroom with a 130x190cm bed and two 90x200cm single beds that can be arranged into a 180x200cm double bed, 2 single beds (90x200 cm), one of which is a loft bed. Everything you need for an unforgettable stay with family or friends! Located in a prestigious, quiet residential neighborhood near the ocean and all amenities. Please note: the villa is located in a residential neighborhood; so parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties or any other festive events are inappropriate for a stay in this villa (a decibel meter has been installed outside the villa to provide real-time alerts in the event of excessive noise that could disturb the neighbors, allowing us to ask you to reduce the noise if things get out of hand). Can accommodate up to 14 people upon request.
