- 20 m² living room with fireplace (wood provided), double sofa bed and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining room (without door) with TV.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A swimming pool (shared, unheated), open from May 31 to September 30 ...
- A private, fenced garden-terrace of 30 m², facing south-east and surrounded by a 7,000 m² field.
