It is renovated with an eye towards large groups and love. Heart Haus is 3,300 square feet, with 4 living areas, Chef's fully stocked Kitchen, 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. It also boasts a great outdoor area with Paradise Spa/Hot Tub... all within 5 blocks of downtown.

The soul of Heart Haus is inspired by Love…from the artwork to the dishes to the classical romance novels. You will be amazed by the little touches you find throughout the Haus. The totally renovated interior of Heart Haus has given her a modern design. In addition, we are honored to have the iconic "Greetings From" mural painted on the side of our Haus. You can walk to downtown from this house easily. Home sits 5 blocks to Main Street. Guests can easily walk or drive if preferred. Quiet neighborhood in the city grid. Cottage is 6 blocks (.6 mile) to city center on Main Street. To walk to main street (without getting on Llano St.), leaving the house take a left on to Hackberry and then a right on to Lincoln Street. When Lincoln Street cross Travis Street (5 blocks up), take a right on Travis and the go two blocks and take a Left on Llano and you are on main street.

Come fall in LOVE! Neighborhood is a nice quiet and safe walking neighborhood. You will have access to the whole house, backyard and private Hot Tub.

Family getaway

We have a good size family, 10 people for our stay. Heart Haus is the PERFECT place!!! Such a great house, spread out nicely and spotless. Very close to all the goodies of Fredrickburg. We genuinely enjoyed staying at the house more than the wineries. Great communication with the host. Definitely recommend for anyone. 10/10!!!

Amazing space!

This property was spacious and beautiful! My girls trip group loved it! There were 13 of us and we had all the room we needed. The bedrooms were large and accommodated us perfectly. The host was helpful and worked with on all we needed. We loved everything about it!

We ❤️❤️❤️ Haert Haus!

We weren't sure what to expect since there were 11 of us. We were very happily surprised. It was very roomy. We had so much fun hanging out and playing games, sitting in the hot tub and using the fire pit. We were all able to get ready to go out quickly as there were enough bathrooms for 11 women. The house was immaculate. Super close to Main Street, we could have walked there if we wanted. We would definitely stay there again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Fredericksburg. The house was well stocked with things we would need. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook for and feed a family of 15. We loved the mural on the wall for pictures. We all had a wonderful time.

Larger then it looks!

I have seen this property on VRBO for several years but seeing the front it looked small. Decided to book here since it had the right amount of beds we needed. Once you are inside it is very roomy. The owners have done a great job remodeling this house, it is beautiful. We bring the whole family for the Christmas parade every year and we will be staying at this house again. This house is so sweet and so spacious. Our group was so comfortable there. It is walking distance from Main Street. The hot tub is huge and so fun! The property was super clean. The host was wonderful and super communicative. Would definitely come back again!!!

Beautiful Property

Our stay at Heart Haus was everything we hoped it would be. We loved how clean the home was and that the owner provided all the essentials we could need. The owner was easy to communicate with and kind. The hot tub was a great way to end our evening and was well kept and hot. Both the check in and check out process was easy. I would highly recommend staying here!

Father's Day getaway

Sangria Sisters 5 year Anniversary!

My friends and I had a great time. The Heart Haus is beautiful, roomy and provides some basic needs, coffee, water, hot tub towels etc… The mural made for fun pictures and everyone had a space to feel comfortable. I wish it was a little closer to Main Street or at least the city had better sidewalks. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Super cute and comfortable house close to everything!

I’ve stayed in Fredericksburg many times and loved this property!! The mural outside the house was so awesome and made for a great picture to end our trip with! Plenty of space and bathrooms and a big kitchen! I would recommend this property! Owner allowed for an early check in too which was so sweet and nice!
