Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. Christmas lights in Fredericksburg

Not the Taj Mahal… but certainly more than adequate for my granddaughter and me. Place was nicely furnished…. And certainly clean. The Christmas decor and pillows was a nice touch. King bed was very comfy. Great location close to town.

Great little place near downtown Fredericksburg

Very neat, quiet, well stocked place. Folks at house leave one to one's privacy and especially appreciated ample coffee! A little tough to spot but once in everything worked like a charm, and it very cozy!
